You MUST check out with the email address your reward email was sent to.
Any other email address will not work.
You only qualify if you received an email from us confirming your Inncentives submission was verified. No confirmation email means no physical reward.
How to claim
- Open the link in your reward email, or use the button below.
- Add one reward set to your cart.
- At checkout, enter the email address your reward email was sent to.
On its own, your reward set is free, including shipping.
Problems checking out
Checkout won't let me through.
You must use the email address your reward email was sent to. Change the email at checkout to that address and try again.
I didn't get a reward email.
Reward emails don't all go out at once, so yours may not have arrived yet. Check your spam and promotions folders too. Still nothing? Email vaultsupport@wanderinginn.com.
I used a different email for Inncentives, or I can't access it anymore.
Email vaultsupport@wanderinginn.com from any address. Tell us the email you used for Inncentives and we'll sort it out.
Why am I being charged shipping?
You have other items in your cart. Those items and their shipping are charged as normal. Remove them if you only want your free reward.
Shipping and deadlines
When will my reward arrive?
It ships by letter mail without tracking. Once it's sent, delivery takes around 2 to 6 weeks depending on where you live.
Is there a deadline?
Yes. Order within 30 days of getting your reward email, or the reward can no longer be claimed.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
If your country charges any, they're your responsibility.
About your reward
Who qualifies?
Only participants who received an email from us confirming their Inncentives submission was verified. If you never received that confirmation, you don't qualify for a physical reward.
What's in the reward set?
A signed, numbered bookplate and two bookmarks.
How many can I claim?
One reward set per participant.
Can I share my link or give my reward to someone else?
No. Rewards are non-transferable.
