How to claim
- Open the link in your claim email.
- Add one reward bundle to your cart.
- Optional: want tracking? Also add any item from this collection. Subject to destination restrictions and local duties/tariffs.
- At checkout, enter the email address your claim email was sent to.
Free shipping: with nothing else in your cart, the reward bundle and its untracked shipping are free. Tracked: pay for your added items and their shipping, and our warehouse team adds your reward bundle to that tracked package. More on shipping options · Problems checking out?
Top FAQ
You MUST check out with the email address your claim email was sent to. Any other email address won't work. If you're not sure, please check the To section of your claim email.
30 Day Deadline! Order within 30 days of your claim email being sent, or your reward is forfeited.
Claim emails go out in batches over several weeks. Your validation email confirmed your submission; your claim email, subject “Your Inncentives reward bundle is ready”, is what lets you claim. Your email will only be valid to claim rewards once you have been sent your personal claim email. Terms and Conditions still apply.
Free shipping does not include tracking. Rewards ordered on their own with Free Shipping ship by untracked letter mail, so there's no tracking number and we can't check where yours is. Untracked letter mail, on average, takes 2 to 4 weeks in the US and 3 to 8 weeks elsewhere once it ships. Want tracking? See Shipping options.

Shipping options
Free Shipping, no tracking: Physical Rewards include free untracked letter mail. Free shipments cannot be tracked. On average this takes 2 to 4 weeks in the US and 3 to 8 weeks internationally. Claiming your reward without adding optional tracking cannot be changed afterwards.
Optional add-on tracking: Want the peace of mind tracking provides? A selection of items shipped by the same warehouse are available for purchase with additional shipping costs. This is not a requirement to receive your Physical Rewards. Add any of the items from this collection to your cart with your reward bundle, pay for the shipping and additional items, and the warehouse team will add your reward bundle to the tracked package.
Not every item is available to send to every destination. Any duties or additional charges upon delivery due to your country's regulations are not included and solely your responsibility.
Problems checking out
Checkout won't let me through.
Use the email address your claim email was sent to. If you're not sure which one, check the To section of that email.
My friend got their claim email and I haven't.
They go out in batches over several weeks. If you got a validation email, yours is coming. No need to contact us. Your email will only be valid to claim your bundle once you have been sent your claim email.
I haven't got a claim email yet.
Check your spam and promotions folders. If you got a validation email and/or digital rewards, your claim email is coming in a later batch as supplies last. (We have a lot!) Batches go out over several weeks.
I want Free Shipping, why am I being charged shipping?
You have other items in your cart. They're charged as normal. Remove them if you only want the reward bundle.
Tracking
Where's my tracking number?
Reward bundles ordered on their own with Free Shipping ship by untracked letter mail, so there's no tracking number and we can't check where yours is.
Can I get tracking?
Yes, with the optional add-on. See Shipping options.
Delivery
When will my reward arrive?
Delivery on average takes 2 to 4 weeks in the US and 3 to 8 weeks elsewhere once it ships.
It's been over 8 weeks since I ordered and I haven't received anything.
