Shipping policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT CUSTOMS/DUTIES:
Please note that all international shipments are sent as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Payment of any applicable customs/import duties, taxes, and other fees, including VAT, is the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or non-delivery of your order, and we do not offer refunds in these cases. Please contact your local customs authority and postal service for more information regarding additional costs prior to purchase.
PREORDER SHIPPING
Separate Shipping for Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped separately from all other items. If you purchase a pre-order item alongside in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped first. The pre-order item will be shipped separately once it becomes available. We are unable to combine shipping by delaying the shipment of in-stock items.
Estimated Shipping Dates: The shipping date provided for pre-order products is an estimate only. Due to potential manufacturing and shipping delays, this date may change. We will keep you informed if there are significant changes to the estimated shipping date. Should a shipping date be nominated at checkout by the shipment provider, this will not be a correct estimate of time of shipment and you should refer to the estimated date given on the product page.
Shipping Methods: We cannot guarantee that the shipping option selected during checkout will be used for pre-order shipments. Since we ship many pre-order items at once, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method to best accommodate our bulk shipments.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
Some products only ship from a single location. As such, these items will be subject to a longer shipping time to reach their destination overseas.For example, certain items will be subject to an extended shipping time to NA as they are produced only in the EU. Most other items are stocked in both US and EU, with a smaller range of items stocked in AU, JP and CAD. Items may ship from a different location due to warehouse congestion or other reasons. Items which may only shipping from one location include (but are not limited to) the following:

SHIPPING FOR ERIN'S FRYING PAN AND RELATED PRODUCTS:
The Erin's Frying Pan, Leather Pan Handle and Frying Pan Stand products and all bundles that include these products are subject to an extended shipment time (2-4 weeks additional delivery time beyond standard shipment timeframes, with additional time for international customers due to customs clearance process). These orders are also shipped without any tracking information provided to the customer. These products are made on demand by a very small business in the US who makes the items on demand for us, and is not yet able to integrate fully into our shipment tracking system. We thank you for your patience while you wait for and receive these items and recommend that you reach out to us at store@wanderinginn.com should you have any questions about your order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We don’t ship to some locations because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Locations that we do not ship to include Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. From time to time, additional locations may be temporarily unavailable for shipment due to service disruptions, carrier limitations, warfare and natural disasters, or due to store maintenance.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Due to global shipping variability caused by holiday periods and other unforeseen events, there may be delays in shipments. We cannot provide refunds for any unforeseen shipping delays outside of our control.
Estimated Shipping Dates: The shipping date provided for products is an estimate only. Due to potential manufacturing and shipping delays, this date may vary. We will let you know should this date vary by an amount that is beyond the normal variance expected in fulfilment and shipping.
Holiday Shipping: Please note the following cutoff days for holiday shipping:

Please note that these dates do not apply to pre-ordered items, knitted items made to order items (such as Erin's Frying Pan) or other items with a special delivery timeframe as noted on their product page.

US DOMESTIC FREE SHIPPING OFFER (WHEN AVAILABLE):
All free shipping orders are to be shipped by a carrier/service to the choice of The Wandering Inn Store, usually USPS Ground Advantage, regardless of shipping choice made during checkout.
The free shipping offer for US domestic orders is only automatically applied to orders with a total shipping value below $23 USD shipping costs. Please split up your order into two or more batches if you would like to take advantage of free shipping on a larger order, or contact us at store@wanderinginn.com and we can provide a custom invoice for payment.
Free shipping offer excludes the Erin Frying Pan product or any product bundles that the Frying Pan product is included in. Please order this item in a separate order if you wish to take advantage of the free shipping offer on other non-pan items.
