Shipping information
EU shipping warning
We ship to the European Union. Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation, only products that carry the required safety and responsible-person information can be sent there.
Those items are gathered in our EU Collection, and each one shows its compliance information on its own product page. Anything that cannot currently ship to the EU says so on its page.
Will there be duties, taxes, or brokerage fees?
For international orders, additional fees such as customs, duties, VAT or other taxes may be imposed by your local government customs agency. In some cases shipping carriers also charge brokerage fees to clear items.
These charges are not collected by us, and you are responsible for paying them promptly to ensure successful delivery. We have no control over these fees, how they are communicated, collected, or the package clearance process. Please ensure you contact your local customs authority to settle any applicable fees; failure to do so may result in your order not being delivered.
Will Canadian orders incur brokerage fees?
Yes, Canadian orders may have extra customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. In some cases, self-clearance may reduce these fees.
When will my order ship?
Most items are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, though some may take 3 to 5 days. Peak periods may extend processing times.
Your order may be split into multiple shipments as required. These packages will ship separately.
Made to order items are produced individually and have a longer lead time, shown on the product page. Some take 2 to 5 weeks before they ship.
Pre-orders ship once available and in stock. The shipping date noted on the pre-ordered product page as an estimate only and delivery dates may vary. We will keep you updated should there be a significant delay.
Where is my order coming from?
Most orders ship from our US warehouse. Some items ship from a fulfillment center closer to you, or direct from the maker, so it depends what you buy. An order with a mix of both will arrive in more than one shipment.
From the US: plush, pins, keychains, patches, handmade mugs, our stocked apparel (including the [Local Landmark] Graphic Tee, the Faded Logo Drop Shoulder Tee and all of The [Innkeeper]'s Collection), and Erin's Frying Pan and its accessories.
From various locations around the world, generally the one closest to you, though it depends on demand at the time (US, Mexico, Europe, the UK, Japan or Australia): posters and art prints, standard mugs, pillows and pillow cases, desk mats, phone cases, magnets, sticker sheets, tote bags, puzzles, and most printed apparel and headwear.
From the UK or EU: the embroidered apron, the carryall tote, the teapot and the beanbag cover. Allow extra time if you are ordering to the US.
From Asia: knitwear, including the holiday sweater and the throw blanket. These have the longest lead time in the store, usually 3 to 5 weeks, shown on the product page.
Being made somewhere other than the closest center never costs you more in shipping, though customs and import fees may apply.
Books, e-books and audiobooks are not shipped by us. Those pages link out to the retailer.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can also view shipment information by logging into your account here.
Your order may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. You'll receive shipping details for each package.
For Erin's Frying Pan products (including the pan, pan handle and stand): tracking numbers are not available when shipped. Please contact us for delivery updates, noting that production times for these items are longer then usual as described on the product page.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, start by confirming that your shipping address is correct on your order page here or on any tracking email.
Please wait a few days to see if the package turns up. Packages are incorrectly marked as delivered incorrectly when they are handed over to a local post office. They generally arrive within a few days.
You can also check around your property for any secure drop-off spots where the package might have been left, as well as with anyone who lives at the same address, neighbors, building reception, or mailing room.
Contact your post office or shipping carrier to request proof of delivery and check around your property for any secure drop-off spots where the package might have been left.
If you're still unable to locate your package after this time, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
