As the majority of our items are custom made or printed on order, due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind or order an incorrect size.
If you experience any issues with your order or have not received it, please contact us within 28 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date as noted on the tracking information). We will do our best to resolve the issue and may offer an exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any local import/customs charges related to returned or exchanged products. These additional costs are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders:
To secure your pre-order, payment will be collected at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we begin the fulfillment process by contacting our customer service team. A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
